At NuroRest, we want you to experience better sleep without stress or uncertainty.
If our pillow doesn’t improve your nights, we’re here to make things right.
30-Day Risk-Free Trial
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to try your NuroRest pillow at home.
If you’re not satisfied, simply contact our support team and we’ll arrange a refund.
Good to know:
- You do not need to send the pillow back.
- We only ask for a photo or short video so we can understand the issue and improve our product.
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
This policy is designed to be hassle-free just like your sleep should be.
Refunds for Defective or Damaged Items
If your pillow arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will replace or refund your order at no extra cost.
Please include if possible:
- A photo or video of the issue
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
We take product quality seriously and resolve issues as quickly as possible.
Order Not Delivered / Lost in Transit
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe or tracking shows no movement, contact us.
We will launch an investigation and depending on the situation issue a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within the first 6 hours after placing them.
After fulfilment begins, we’re unable to cancel, but you can still use the 30-day risk-free policy once it arrives.
Store Credit Option
If you’d prefer, we can issue store credit instead of a refund.
This is completely optional choose whatever works best for you.
Non-Returnable Items
Because we do not require physical returns for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept items that have been heavily damaged, altered, or misused.
