If our pillow doesn’t improve your nights, we’re here to make things right.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to try your NuroRest pillow at home.
If you’re not satisfied, simply contact our support team and we’ll arrange a refund.
You do not need to send the pillow back.
We only ask for a photo or short video so we can understand the issue and improve our product.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
This policy is designed to be hassle-free — just like your sleep should be.
If your pillow arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will replace or refund your order at no extra cost.

Your order number
A brief description of the problem
We take product quality seriously and resolve issues as quickly as possible.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe or tracking shows no movement, contact us.
We will launch an investigation and — depending on the situation — issue a replacement or refund.
Orders can be cancelled within the first 6 hours after placing them.
After fulfilment begins, we’re unable to cancel, but you can still use the 30-day risk-free policy once it arrives.
If you’d prefer, we can issue store credit instead of a refund.
This is completely optional — choose whatever works best for you.
Because we do not require physical returns for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept items that have been heavily damaged, altered, or misused.
